Are your rates inclusive of all taxes?
No, there is a city tourist tax of 3.5 Euros per person, per night (excluding children up to 10 years old) which is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Is the rate per room or per person?
The rate is always per room. Be sure to check that you choose the correct room type.
Is breakfast included in the rates?
Unfortunately, breakfast is not included in the rates. However, a Continental breakfast (toast, butter, jam, croissant, coffee, tea and juice) is available at an additional cost of 3 Euros per person, per day.
When can I check in and check out?
IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the Covid-19 situation reception is only open for check ins. Therefore, your estimated arrival time must be communicated in advance.
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is until 11:00am. Furthermore, you can check in at any time provided you let us know your estimated time of arrival and possibly your flight details and a mobile phone number. In fact, we strongly advise you to always inform us of your estimated time of arrival, even if it is during reception opening times. Check-ins after 11:00pm will incur an additional charge of 15 Euros, which is to be paid during check-in (in cash). Please note that according to Italian law, guests must provide valid ID, such as a passport or national identification card, in order to check in at any hotel.
Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
No, reception is open between 8:00am and 11:00pm. However you will receive a key for the main door, so that you can come and go as you wish. Furthermore, on arrival you will be given our emergency number for getting in touch with us, if you need to reach us outside reception hours.
Do I pay when I check in or when I check out?

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
Does the bathroom have a bathtub or shower, or both?
The bathrooms are equipped with a comfortable shower.

English and Italian are spoken by all members of staff, some also speak some German, Spanish and/or French.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor (with lift/elevator) and occupies 1 floor in total.

No, unfortunately room service is not available.

Small children (up to the age of 2) can stay free of charge, if they stay in the same bed as their parents.

Air conditioning is included in each room rate and is available all year round.

No, unfortunately we are unable to accept pets.

No, but there are two car parks close by (approximately 100 and 300 metres away).

Parking costs between 25 and 30 Euros per day.
